When you think about healthy, the first thing that crosses your mind is, it is such a fuss. We always feel and think that there is a lot of effort required to keeping healthy. Another thought comes by is, the food is often disgusting. Despite of being annoyed with this idea, we cannot run away from the fact that one day we will grow old and if we do not take care of ourself it will take a toll on us.
We decided to find some simple solutions or even habits to keep us on a healthier side. It's plain simple, it does not taste like crap and it is the least effort required.
1) Lemon in your drink
You are required to drink at least 3litre of water everyday. We suggest that you put a slice of lemon in your drink.

Did you know that if you wanted to loose some weight, taking some nuts will help you loose your weight faster? Various nuts have various benefit but in general nuts are packed with protein, fibre and essential fats.
You should take precaution, some people are allergic to nuts and it can cause you death. So please check with your physician before you add this to your diet habits.
If you notice most of these food are attainable, it's not expensive and it definitely does not taste like crap. It's food that we like to snack on but the benefit is so so so great. All you need to do is just be a little discipline in practicing it because it can go a very very long way. One of the many sickness which is famous in the list is;

If you have taken all precaution and still attain it, then it is fated or think it this way, it could have been much worst.
